LinkedIn

LinkedIn is an online social network that enables users to connect with existing business contacts and establish new business contacts. For this purpose, files of LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States of America, are used. Facebook

The Website uses plugins, buttons and other social media tools provided by the Facebook social network. When you display a website containing a Facebook plugin, your browser sends information about the visit to the administrator of that social network.

Because the plugin is a part of the social network embedded in our website, the browser sends a request to download content from that social network. The plugins collect certain information about you, such as user ID, visited website, date and time, and other information concerning the web browser.

Facebook uses some of this information to personalise the way our website is displayed to you. For example, when you visit a page with a “Like” button, the administrator of the social network needs information about who you are in order to show you which of your friends also like our website. Information collected by Facebook may also be used by Facebook for its own purposes, such as improving its products, creating user profiles, analysing and optimising its own activities, and targeting advertisements.

Facebook collects and transmits information even when you browse our website without being logged in to your social network account. In such a case, however, the browser sends a more limited set of information. If you are logged in to Facebook, the administrator of the service will be able to directly assign your visit to our website to your profile on the social network.

If you do not want Facebook to assign data collected during your visit to our website directly to your profile on the social network, you should log out of that service before visiting our website. You may also completely prevent plugins from loading on the website by using appropriate browser extensions, for example script-blocking tools.

In addition, using some plugins may involve publishing certain information within your social media profiles. For example, information about clicking the “Like” button may be available on your Facebook timeline. Naturally, if you share any content on your social media using plugins embedded on our website, that sharing will be visible in your profile.

Details concerning the processing by Facebook of information collected by plugins, in particular the purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and use by Facebook, as well as contact options, your rights in this respect and settings that protect your privacy, are available in the Facebook Privacy Policy.

YouTube

The Website contains embedded YouTube widgets that enable videos from YouTube to be played directly without leaving the page. These widgets are provided by Google LLC. The videos are embedded in a mode that protects your privacy. According to information provided by YouTube, this means that no cookies are stored on your device and Google does not collect any data about you until you play the video.

Starting the video results in YouTube storing cookies on your device and recording that the video was launched from our website, regardless of whether you have a Google account or are logged in. If you are logged in to your Google account, this service provider may directly associate your visit to our website with your profile. Google describes the purposes and scope of data collection, its processing and use, as well as your rights and privacy protection options, in its privacy policy.

To avoid Google directly assigning data collected while watching videos to your profile, you should log out before playing the video. You can also prevent plugins from loading on the website by using appropriate browser extensions, for example by blocking scripts.

Data collected by cookies in connection with YouTube videos on our website are used by Google to ensure the proper and secure operation of the widget, to analyse and optimise the services provided by YouTube, and for personalisation and advertising purposes.

Please remember that by playing recordings available on YouTube, you use electronic services provided by Google LLC. Google LLC is an independent entity, separate from us, providing electronic services to you. Details concerning the rules for using YouTube, including privacy protection, can be found in documents made available directly by YouTube: Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy.

Twitter

Through the “Twitter” plugin, a microblogging service of the American company Twitter, Inc. (795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107), your browser establishes a direct connection with Twitter’s servers and loads the button from that website. The Twitter plugin can be found at the bottom of a shared entry under each post. As a result, Twitter receives information about visits to the specific portal. Even if you are not logged in, Twitter may, if necessary, collect and store usage data. The condition for this is activation of the Twitter button by clicking it on the website. Subsequently, through the opened Twitter dialog window, you may create a so-called tweet and share it. This information will be displayed in your Twitter user profile. More information about the collection, analysis and processing of data by Twitter, as well as your related rights, can be found in Twitter’s Privacy Policy: Twitter Privacy Policy.

Google Maps

This website uses the Google Maps service via an API. The service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

To use Google Maps functions, it is necessary to store your IP address. This information is usually transferred to a Google server in the United States and stored there. The provider of this website has no influence over this data transfer.

The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and easy location of the places we indicate on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
